All orders are shipped via EMS Post IL. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-10 days for your delivery.

Please note that delivery charges do not include import costs & duties that may be due once the parcel  reaches the country of destination.

Free shipping is not valid during sale periods. During Sale and holidays periods please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to be processed and delivered due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Familiar feeling cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Familiar feeling is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identity before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied, if your purchase has been shipped no changes can be made to your order. 

we reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or shut down the site’s online store at any time, and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other we  will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, Familiar feeling will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Familiar Feeling at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
